Everything was great as always. Only issue this go around is the communication as to how long they would need to keep my vehicle. I was left without a loaner being available because the job that was being done took longer than I was told it would take. So basically I didnt have transportation

I had an extraordinary experience with the service department at Heritage Volkswagen Parkville! Cheyenne Arthur (Service Advisor), Andre (Service Technician), and Pete Amos (Service Manager) are phenomenal humans! Cheyenne and Andre went 100% above and beyond and TRULY saved my day!!! Everyone could have said no, but they were willing to help. My Golf Alltrack (manual transmission) had a mechanical failure on 695 in a torrential downpour. I was able to drive to Heritage Volkswagen Parkville in limp mode and when I arrived, Andre and Pete were in the service bay unwrapping a brand-new Jetta. It was 9am on a Saturday, I was stranded with a dead car 75-minutes from home, and their service schedule was booked until Wednesday. Andre was willing to hear my strife and willing to help me! Cheyenne was calm, collected, and graciously held my hand through the entire process. I purchased my vehicle from a Heritage in Harrisburg, PA and Cheyenne was able to locate my extended warranty and took care of all the paperwork for me!
