The purchase was wonderful. Tom, our sales rep, helped through the whole way making the process easy to understand and explained to me everything I needed to know about this car and the purchase. For my first time buying a car, it was wonderful. Tom also took me on two test drives, both on windy roads where I could really feel the car. Konstantine also told me a lot about the car as he himself is a GTI driver which made the experience even better. Overall, if I ever go to buy another VW, I know where to go.
