The service was fine but for some reason the techs completely changed my dashboard view and I now can't bet it back to where it was. Very frustrating and for apparent no reason an oil change should result in changing the dashboard.

The salesman was very accommodating. The sales manager was pushy and did not give me, the buyer, a trustworthy feeling from this dealership.

I took my car to Sams Club in Timonium because the dashboard flashed low air in the front left tire. They looked at it and advised me to take to the dealer because the dealer has better equipment to detect what is wrong if anything is. Also the dealer has better machinery to fix what may be wrong. I drove to your dealership. I was and still I am SHOCKED by your FASULTY diagnosis of the problem. You recommended I buy a new tire for $327 and some change. Fortunately I left and went to Firestone on York Rd in Lutherville. They took the tire off. Did whatever they did. And 20 minutes later, they said "the tire is good and does not need to be replaced" I have been driving since. I waited to respond because I wanted to make sure I drive some more miles without any problems. My question to you why do you treat LOYAL customers this way? Why do you treat anybody this way????? We bought 2 cars from you about 6 years ago; and we were going to buy an Atlas from you next month. Also when I had a major accident 4 months ago, I brought the car to your dealership for repairs. It cost about $15,000. I guess loyalty means very little. I wish you Happy Holidays.
