I would’ve preferred a phone call over a text stating my vehicle was ready for pickup. Also, my car was 3k miles shy of the 20k mile oil service and advisor stated I could not get my free oil change done because it’s before time. The dealer did the “10k service” at 4k/5k miles before I purchase the vehicle. The next service was done around 10k at that was a “20k service” and that was done with no issues. But they wouldn’t complete my last free oil change because it was 3k shy.
