    I’m coming from the Catonsville location very disappointed. And I saw some negative ratings on the Parkville location and was quite weary. However, I must say that my personal experience was very very pleasant at the Parkville location. I was greeted as soon as I entered, I was asked if I needed directions to the service department. When I reached the service department I was warmly greeted by Cheyenne. She checked me in, told me fresh coffee was available, she quoted me a time range of no more than an hour and a half. I sat in the waiting area. It was nice and warm, I could smell the fresh coffee and my car was ready in about an hour and like 10 minutes. That was the quickest oil change I ever received from a dealership. Everything was so pleasant and seamless. I left my laptop and everything cause I was so distracted by my happiness. No lie. Then Cheyenne called me and told me she had it. It was intact As I left it. Which is crazy because at the Catonsville location the mechanics stole my windshield snow cleaner thingy from my car when they serviced it and I didn’t realize it till it snowed. And I just bought the thing so I was very upset. But yes, for ME…. A person who works in SERVICE and pays great attention to how I’m handled especially when I’m spending my money… IT’S THE HERITAGE PARKVILLE LOCATION FOR ME. I’m not going to say they are going to be perfect for every one but I’m telling you MY EXPERIENCE and as I said I was so distracted by Miss Cheyenne telling me my car was ready so quick made me leave my work laptop! She walked me to my car in the cold and opened my door for me and everything… WITH A SMILE. I was there for an oil change. MISS CHEYENNE FOR THE WIN

    We bought a lot of extra coverage when purchasing the car from this dealership. They were going to charge my daughter (even after she told them this) for additional services. I had to call in and set the record straight. It didn’t feel good. You guys should have this documentation.
