After 10 days and constant communication with the dealership, no one at Heritage is willing or able to get our VW Car Net subscription activated. There has been a lot of talk that this is being worked on but no one as of yet has committed to taking ownership of the problem. Car net needs to have Heritage give them the info needed to activate the subscriptions. This issue is just being passed on from one incompetent person to the next. It’s hard to imagine that there isn’t anyone at Herriage that has the knowledge to get this resolved.
