    It was a rocky start with getting scheduled but for the inconvenience they detailed my car and repaired the problem. The Tiguan runs better now than when I bought it. The detail on my car was first class like a brand new truck

    I loved the efficiency of the scheduling process and the fact that the Service Dept coordinated with the Parts Dept. to ensure you were ready to complete the necessary work. Not everyone does that!
