    I want to say that Heritage Volkswagen did a wonderful job and I also need to tell you that I'm not certain if this is on Heritage Volkswagen or if this is on Volkswagen as a company in general but our radio/infotainment system in our Taos 2023 SEL has been"glitchy "for at least 10 months now. We have only owned the vehicle for just over 13 months at the most. My wife received a message through the Volkswagen app prior to this service appointment that there was an"over the air update for the radio system", however when we went to get into the vehicle the next time the update did not work or should I say the update did not happen . So then the message that we got through the app was "the over the air update did not work and you will now need to take it to a dealership for the update". However, Heritage Volkswagen tells me that they couldn't do the update either. I'm pretty disappointed because almost once per week we have to manually hard reset the dashboard entertainment system and that sucks.

    I had a great experience! Everyone was super helpful in helping me stay within my budget while still finding a car that I was comfortable with. Keon jumped right into gear with helping over the phone and getting me in the same day to test drive my options and move the process along. Then Robin continued providing the best service from test driving to setting up the pink ambiance before driving off. Overall, everyone was so helpful and patient.

    You completed the service we requested, and it was included in the service policy we purchased. The cruise control is now working. The service adviser (Marlon Merlos) said that he suspected the pull-back roof seal was leaking because of a smell of dampness in the car, and we did find some water under the passenger seat earlier. However, we checked the roof and area underneath after two days of heavy rain and found no moisture. We believe it was either water we spilled, or a window not completely closed. We will remain observant.

    I experienced an unfortunate issue just 5-6 hours after taking ownership of my new 2025 GLI Autobahn. A driver coming from the opposite direction on Cathedral Street, just a little over 2 blocks from my home, approached me in my lane. A combination of hitting my horn and crash avoidance by swerving to the right turned a potential front-on crash into a near miss, but I hit the curb and ruined both passenger-side tires. I called service and was told, "sometime next week". Well, add to this the fact that I had to sit out the Labor Day weekend with a disabled car -- due to flat tires! The coordinator put me in contact with the shop. They told me to bring my car in for next-day service, and my car was back on the street that afternoon. I call that an outstanding understanding of my situation and solving my problem quickly and efficiently. I'm glad I chose to do business wwith Heritage VW Parkville.
