I got there on time for my appointment at 9:30. The gentleman greeted me and took my keys. He said it would be about 1+ hours or so about. I said no problem. He showed me the waiting area which I am familiar with. It was more crowded than I have seen it before. Another associate helped me fix a cup of coffee. It was a good cup of coffee. I waited while I was on my computer. And then then Mr. Ellery (Sp) came in & said the car was ready.

When I called to setup my recall and additional minor issues I needed resolved I assumed it would be resolved. That was not the case at all I asked to have my maintenance light reset since my car was a little of 5000 miles and wasn’t due until 10k but the message kept coming up saying otherwise. On a previous visit the tech said I needed a new battery for my key fob. I mentioned that when setting up my appointment and that wasn’t resolved. This is the second time I came in for one thing and for whatever reason it didn’t translate to getting my issue resolved. I’m no longer going to bring my vehicle to this dealership since there is obviously an issue in either how I communicate my needs or how it’s received. I’m left with my maintenance light still being on and my phone and vehicle don’t communicate which was a great feature to have when it was working
