The primary reason I rated this experience with 5 Stars is all due to Cheyenne Arthur in the Service Department. She was welcoming and insightful to my and my car's needs. Her effective communication with me, providing updates as to the status of my service was also very appreciated. Secondary reason was for the person that assisted me from the Parts department earlier in the week. He was able to confirm that my license plate mounting part had arrived and confirmed that it was in stock.
