I’m glad the car was fixed but, I think that it could have been done in a more timely fashion. I left my car overnight to ensure my car would be seen early. My car was parked in front of the service door. This was done based off a conversation with a customer service rep from your dealership. My car wasn’t seen until the afternoon the next day. I was told that the car needed an extra day to get the work done. I had to rent a car that afternoon. There were no loaner vehicles available. If the car was seen earlier, I would not have had to spend my money on a rental. I had my car serviced and checked a last month. Why wasn’t the problem with the head gasket noticed then? This could have been a bigger problem if I were driving out of state, like I usually do. I think it could have been done better.

Service scheduling was easy. Provided with pickup service, checked with me for additional repair as requested. Also I was not charged more than the estimate they gave upfront..

The salesman was great. Little weird that throughout the entire sales process he kept attempting to finish my sentences. May be a training problem. Sales aside, which was overall good, the finance guy made a mistake. He was visibly displeased that I was uninterested in all the add on’s, which is understandable. Sadly perhaps this is what caused him to make a mistake in the MVA paperwork, requiring a return visit the next day to correct the paperwork. I also noticed a lug cap missing. I’m sure I could go back to the dealership to correct but it was easier just to buy a 20 pack as I imagine these will be lost in the future. Only mentioning as this was obviously missed by not only me, the customer, but I have to assume a detailer or lot person lost it in the first place and never said anything. So overall not a terrible car buying experience, but definitely still had the small pain that comes with buying a car at a dealership. Also the online experience was HORRIBLE. I entered my phone number to “unlock” a final price and boy was that a mistake. I got so many calls and emails I started blocking them.
