This was one of many appointments I have had with Parkville Volkswagen. Each time is always a pleasure. The staff are always so warm and welcoming, they explain the process thoroughly and even ensure that I am aware I may be waiting a while based on what I am getting serviced on my car. During the waiting process they check in via text with updates such as when multi-inspections are done and if there is anything that is wrong with the car and how urgent the issue is. After the appointment they send another text to check in and see if there was anything wrong or anything they can assist with. All of this is greatly appreciated!
