    I always have a good experience. This time was no different with the exception that I had to wait for my car longer. However, they explained everything to me and ensured I had complete understanding of what going on. They made accommodations as well which I will always be thankful for.

    First, I want to say I’esha was wonderful. She gets five stars. It was the rest of the experience that put me off. And honestly, if I had more free time at my disposal, I probably would have left. Here’s why. It was odd that the first set of numbers and payment plans given to me were at a 6.24% interest rate - but I had to ask what the interest rate was, because it wasn’t even listed on the sheet. Every time I received a new rate sheet, this crucial information was missing. How is a buyer supposed to make an informed decision with this lack of transparency? Or perhaps that was the intention. Additionally, there was no written information about the warranty plans to compare. As someone who struggles with aural processing, it was difficult to understand the differences. I asked several times for written material and got none. Instead, I got told the price was being adjusted - but still nothing visual to review. It also felt like pressure and an upsell which I didn’t appreciate. I was also there for much longer than I would have liked (about five hours total) because of issues with the bank. Had there been a request to lift all credit freezes simultaneously to expedite the process, I would have been happy to do that. Finally, the detailing work was incomplete. There were still blue plastic covers in several places when I got home and my husband found a razor blade in the passenger door. If our toddler got her hands on that, it could have been a very different story. Across the board, it felt like there was a poor attention to detail, a lack of transparency, and a lack of care for the buyer experience.
