Damaged a tire sidewall which left it unusable. With pressure sensor inside the rim, wanted to match what was on the car exactly and make sure everything was re-installed properly. Took two days to get the correct tire and get it installed, but once delivered, it was right the first time.

The diagnostic machine was “down” which was the reason for my visit. Had I been told it was I wouldn’t have had my car brought in. The tech uninstalled my gear shift knob and made no effort to reinstall it, now forcing me to pay out of pocket. Additionally I included in my reason for visit was a noise at the rear. This was not inspected, and the tech claims he didn’t know that’s why I brought the car in. After my insistence he took a look at it(which he said he was going to charge me for) and still found nothing. Every other person who has heard the car running can hear the noise. I was also charged for an oil change I did not request or approve. I come to you because my car is under warranty. I ended up having to pay out of pocket and will have to pay even more to have my shift knob reinstalled. You owe me about $400 between that and the oil change I didn’t ask for.
